What is equity? In the simplest terms, it means fairness, which is not necessarily the same thing as equality.

We understand that some kids need a little extra in order to achieve their best.

It’s not about everybody getting the same thing. It’s about everybody getting what they need in order to improve.

We focus on this in all our programs, but particularly when we allocate resources to our Girl's and Women's programs.
